I have my mail goes to Universal Mail in the past 13 years. They are always dependent. I never had mail mixed up with other boxes, which was my issue with the previous mailbox. Kati is so accommodating. I am out of town about 6 months out of a year. Kati sends me the mail and always makes sure that only impotant mail is sent. Best mailbox store I ever had, and I had a few.
