Our services
Services are provided at our store and are subject to our store policies, carrier rules (UPS, FedEx and USPS) and applicable law. Shipping is handled under the terms of the carrier you choose.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Universal Mail & Business Center may send you text messages about your mailbox and our services. These may include:
- Mail and package arrival notices
- Account, mailbox renewal and payment reminders
- Replies to your customer service questions and requests
How you agree: you opt in by checking the optional SMS box on our website form, or by telling us in the store or by phone that you want texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies depending on your mail, packages and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or call us at (818) 980-1384.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
