About · Studio City

Where the Valley does business.

Studio City takes its name from the studio lot Mack Sennett opened near Ventura Boulevard and Radford Avenue in 1928, and it has been an industry town ever since.

The neighborhood

Small town feel. Big-screen history.

Today the historic lot is Radford Studio Center, long known as CBS Studio Center. It has been home to Gunsmoke, Gilligan's Island, The Mary Tyler Moore Show and Seinfeld. Around it, Ventura Boulevard is lined with boutiques, cafés and the independent businesses that keep the southeast Valley running.

Writers, crew, actors, consultants, remote workers and shop owners all need a dependable place for mail, shipping and paperwork. That's the counter we've proudly run for 22+ years, a few blocks from Laurel Canyon Boulevard, with Sherman Oaks and North Hollywood next door.
